This quilt pattern is for a classic style quilt made up of shoo fly blocks and chain blocks.
The shoo fly blocks in the sample are done in scrappy prints, but you could also do them with a single fabric.
Chain blocks are constructed with easy strip piecing for quick assembly.
This quilt is 60″ x 78″, so it is a large throw size or small bed size.
The PDF pattern is available for instant download, so you can start sewing right away.
This pattern is appropriate for a beginner.
This pattern uses chain piecing, half square triangles and applique.
Instructions are included for fusible web applique, but you can substitute whatever method you prefer.
Free motion quilting designs are suggested, but these are optional.
