Here’s a quick tip to help you know.
A general guide for needle size is to use a needle that is about the same width as your thread.
If your needle is larger than your thread, it might leave holes in your fabric. If you needle is smaller than your thread, it will be difficult to pull your thread through.
Anytime you are having trouble, just try a different sized needle and see if that makes a difference.
