Glimmer window hanging pattern
This modern window hanging looks like stained glass, but it’s actually patchwork made with batik fabric. It is sewn with the modern pojagi style seam technique.
There is no precision cutting or piecing involved, but a simple “loop and snip” technique is used to make the pieces. It doesn’t require any special rulers or equipment.
It uses fat quarters, so it’s a great project if you bought some fat quarters by impulse and don’t know what to do with them.
The window hanging finishes at 36″ x 40″, so it is a good size for a large window.
