This week was very busy in the studio. I finished up some more samples for upcoming embroidery classes. These are embroidered greeting cards. They make a fun and quick project that are unique for giving.
I’m also going to be teaching a kids’ embroidery class with these small hoops. They are a perfect size for hanging on a Christmas tree.
I made a good start on the 2018 Pojagi Christmas Countdown. I’m playing around with some different fabrics with mixed results. It’s not as good as Korean silk, but it’s what’s available and not too bad.
Here’s another sneak peek of a new pojagi project. I can’t show more because it’s for publication in a magazine, but I love the way it turned out. Details will be released after publication.
I’m still plugging away on the woven scarves, but it all looks the same. I have to get back to my knit socks, because I have about 5 rows left on the scarf, so it wouldn’t take long to finish it.
Have a great week!
